Coverdown Productions believes that a Marching Band show is more than simply music set to movement. Today's shows are extensive musical productions that are mentally, physically, and musically demanding. Throughout the season a show evolves through the constant cycle of practice, performance, assessment, and adjustment.

More than likely the show you begin camp with is not the same show you perform at championships. Although your show will constantly expand and change, a strong concept provides a rock solid foundation that allows for limitless renovations. CDP will help provide you with a concept that is unique, creative and competitive.

How exactly will we accomplish this?

Upon enlisting the services of CDP's conceptual design team, the very first thing that we will do is hold a series of discussions with you and your staff. The focus of these talks is to determine what your goals are for the season, develop an in-depth understanding of your organization, and incorporate any ideas that you may have.

After the initial due diligence, CDP will take all of the information and begin to formulate your show. Throughout this process we will be in constant communication with you allowing you to "steer" this creative process.

The culmination of this process is the delivery of an outline for an entire show. This outline will include a show title, musical selections complete with detailed information for your arranger, a timeline for each piece or movement, and detailed plans for visual aspects of your show including visual ensemble or colorguard costuming and flag design.
